Devine True Care is a disability support provider based in Pacific Pines, Queensland, committed to helping people live with greater independence, confidence and choice.
We understand that every person has different needs, circumstances and goals. That is why our services are tailored to each participant rather than delivered through a one-size-fits-all approach. Our caring and respectful team works closely with participants, families and support networks to provide practical assistance that supports everyday living, community involvement, personal wellbeing and long-term development.
Our range of services includes assistance with travel and transport, community nursing care, household tasks, daily personal activities, high-intensity personal care, community participation, life-stage transitions, behaviour support implementation, specialist disability accommodation support and support coordination.
